Store Policies

  • As all orders are custom, we do not offer any refunds/ cancellations on orders. 
  • Please note, we will package your goods to ship with the utmost care however we do not have any control over package delivery issues; RLCA Enterprises is not liable for any issue during shipping.  
  • Please allow 6-8 weeks for your custom shoe order as everything is ordered and made specifically for you.   
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships out. 
  • All orders placed must have matching billing/ order information
